Remember the windows vista demonstration, thats right the one where i didn't work. Well now there is a demonstration where it does work and it works very well. Not only does the video show the speech recognition working but shows some of the features of windows vista.

I Found this cool site for all you, it's called blog talk radio. It's targeted at bloggers and podcasters who want to to hold a live telephone conversation with up to 5 people on a phone line at once. Anyone can listen live to a call on the phone or through windows media player like a live web radio show. listeners can download a archived version of the conversation later. This also gives the opportunity for listeners to give live feedback via IM. Revenue from contextual advertising is split 50/50 with the show host. juggling live conversations with feedback from live listeners may require skill. I don't know whether text bloggers would want to have live phone conversations, but if they do blog talk radio is a good service.

Today Gizmo the VOIP Program have gone the way of skype by giving free calls to landlines and mobiles, but there is a diffrence Gizmo are offering it to over 60 countries. This of course is not the same as skype in and there free calls in the USA. Seems good right, well theres a catch. You must convince the person who you want to call to sign up and download gizmo, then they have to add there landline and mobile number to there profile. If they do not do this you will not be able to call there landline or mobile. To bad if they don't have a computer, Theres alway a catch.
If your intrested go to call-for-free

It almost killed me to write like that, thankfully that's the only blog i have seen with that writing on. Trying to decipher that when talking on MSN messenger (that's what we mainly use in the UK) is a different matter.
